Established in 1939 Tata Chemicals Limited (TCL) is India?s leading manufacturer of inorganic chemicals, fertilizers and food additives. In 2007, TCL and Total Produce Plc (TOTAL PRODUCE) of Ireland, entered into an agreement to form a 50/50 joint venture company in India. Total Produce is Europe?s largest fresh produce company and the objective of the JV is to create state-of-the-art distribution facilities for fresh fruit and vegetables

across India by leveraging the individual strengths of both partners.

Recruitment for Technician / Jr. Engineer – Instrumentation

Job Description :
The Position reports to Assistant Manager – Instrumentation Maintenance, and is responsible for:
• Repair / calibration of various instruments like: Electronic & pneumatic transmitters, Control valves, Analyzer, Bagging machines and Machine monitoring system etc. as per laid down procedure / industry standards.
• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Skills for field instruments and control room instruments.
• Direct responsibility for correctness and fineness of Job.
• ‘Operational Skills’ in many areas of work, so that can independently carryout routine maintenance on all type of field instruments.
• Ensure safety of all team members, when working in a team.
• Inspect and maintain all hand tools in the work area.
• Hand on experience on Loop wiring of DCS.

Desired Profile :
a) Candidate should have done Diploma – Instrumentation (with minimum 70% of marks) from an institute of repute.
b) Candidates from fertiliser industry will be preferred.
c) Fresh candidates may also apply for Trainee / Entry Level positions
d) Candidate with MS Office Skills would have an added advantage over others.
