  • Service Manager: Should have minimum of 7-8 years of hardcore experience in maintenance of High end Server, Computers, LAN, WAN, WiFi and able to handle a team of 30 engineers. He should be in managerial position with minimum qualification of B.Tech/MCSE/CCNA and having good knowledge of Linux and UNIX.
  • Sr. Customer Support Engineer: Should have minimum of 4-5 years of hardcore experience in maintenance of High-end server, Computers, LAN, WAN, WiFi with minimum qualification of B.Sc (IT)/B.Tech/ 3 years diploma /MCSE/CCNA and having good knowledge of Linux and UNIX.
  • TRC Engineer: Should have minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Mother Board, HDD/SMPS (Printers with Component level /UPS)
  • Service Coordinator: She Should have min of 1 year experience in IT hardware industry with graduate and good communication skills
