MACHINO Group : Machino Polymers Ltd. has state of the art Polymer Compounding facility at Gurgaon. For its various locations at Gurgaon & Manesar and upcoming locations at Pune & Chennai, it requires the following:
- CEO/COO: An Engineering graduate with an MBA with minimum 15 years of experience of heading conglomerate of business activities of group companies as a profit center.
- Head Operations: An Engineering graduate with exposure in Plant operations in a manufacturing unit preferably from plastics moulding with minimum 10 years experience in handling various levels of operations independently
- Engineers: Degree or Diploma in Ploymers Science / Plastic Moulding with Minimum 15 years experience in a mfg. unit preferably in plastics.
- Maintenance Engineers: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- ERP/SAP Managers: A qualified Software Engineer with complete knowledge of ERP/SAP with 8-10 yrs in a mfg unit
- Supervisors (Production): B.Sc with Plastic Technocrat from CIPET with 3-5 years of experience
- Operators (Production): ITI (Plastic Pocessing PO) with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Manager / Engineer-Quality Systems: BE Mech/Degree or Dip. in Polymers pref. from CIPET with an experience of 12-15 years for Manager and 3-6 years for Engineers preferably in Auto Parts Industry
- Cost Accountant: ICWA/CA with SAP ERP and 10-15 yrs expeience
- Accountants: Min M.Com. or inter CA/ICWA with 8-10 yrs exp in a mfg unit. Sound knowledge of SAP/ERP will be addred advantage.
