Work Experience/Qualifications:

• Diploma / Graduate / Masters Degree in Mechnaical Engineering / Argicultural Engineering with 02 - 05 years experience in structural design fabrication, research / design & development of machines / tools/ moulds and structures

Job Profile:

• Plan, conduct and monitor Resaerch & Development work
• DEsign and develop product testing fixture & associated installation tools for testing
• Conduct , compile and analyze research and experiemental data
• Recommend product standardization
• Developm product drawing with necassary jigs, fixtures and tool for manufacturing
• Design and develop prototype and asociated connectors pertaining to water (lifting/application/storage) technologies

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of Autocad

Essential Skills:

• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a team of 2-3 persons
