Job Description :
- The candidate will be responsible to provide technical support to the customers of online gaming service. The support has to be provided on Live Chat and Emails. This is a 24x7 job and requires strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have an excellent command over English language
- Graduate from a reputed institution (BCA/MCA/B. Tech/ B. Sc. / MCSE Preferred)
- Schooling from an English Medium School
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Knowledge of internet, and experience of working in Windows environment
- Must have typing speed of atleast 30 wpm
- Flexible to work in shifts / 24x7 work environment
- Must live in or around Noida
Remuneration : Negotiable
